轴承储运环境腐蚀的分析与研究

Analysis and Study on Environment Corrosion for Bearing in Storages and Transports

对几种常见的轴承储运环境腐蚀特征、原因及影响因素进行了分析,结果表明:在轴承储运环境腐蚀过程中,虽然防锈油功能会受腐蚀产物的影响发生降低或失效,但轴承腐蚀的产生并非仅简单的因防锈油防锈能力不足而引发,而轴承储运过程中其他因素如温度、湿度、Cl及S等腐蚀介质的影响也十分明显。

The analysis is made for characteristic, cause and affecting factors of the several environment corrosion during storage and transportation of the beatings. The results show that in the procedure of environment corrosion, corrosion matter, causing anticorrosive capacity iusut^cient, may influence the performance of anticorrosive oil, but the other factors play an important role, such as temperature, humidity, CA and S corrosion medium etc.
