摘要
根据工程风险评价的基本原理,针对水下盾构隧道施工的特点,提出了一种可以对水下隧道工程的施工风险进行定级评估的方法,其主要原理是将定性和定量结合起来,正确定位各个风险因素,从而指导风险控制和管理.并以长江隧道工程为例,阐述了R=P×C风险定级法的具体应用.
Based on the keystone of the engineering risks assessment, the characteristics of underwater shield tunnel construction are studied. The method of how to assess grade for the construction risks of underwater shield tunnel project is proposed. The main principle of the method is to combine the qualification with quantification, then localize every rick factor and guild the risk control and management. Changjiang underwater shield tunnel project is taken as an example to elucidate the idiographic application condition of R=P×C level assessment of risks method.
