男性不育症与蛋白质组学

摘要 在精子发生过程中,不同阶段的精细胞会相应地合成一些蛋白质,这些蛋白质对精细胞发挥正常的功能以及与其他细胞之间的信号交流是必不可少的。尽管这些蛋白质中有一部分是已知的,但对它们的本质和功能,以及它们之间的相互联系却不十分清楚。蛋白质组学是利用生化方法对所有蛋白质进行大规模的研究,包括对基因产物的功能分析,如大规模的蛋白质鉴定、定量、定位、修饰、功能、结构、调节和活性研究等,这种方法能揭示精子正常功能以及精子异常变化的物质基础,对男性不育症的诊治具有重大意义。本文对国内外大量的文献资料进行了复习,总结了国内外学者应用蛋白质组学研究男性不育症的新进展,探讨了精子的功能与其蛋白质组的关系,为今后全面地应用蛋白质组学方法研究男性不育症提供思路。 During the development of spermia, the spermatid will synthesize some proteins in different stage, the proteins are very necessary for the spermatid to operate normal functions as well as the communication between the other cells. Some proteins are well known, but it is not clear about the natures and functions, and also the relations between the proteins. Proteomics is a large scale study for all the proteins by using biochemical method, it includes the analysis of genetic proteins such as identification, fixed quantity, location , modification , function , structure , regulation and activity, the method can discover the normal function of spermia and its basic material of abnormal changes, it is greatly significant for the diagnosis and treatment of masculine sterility. This essay shows a large amount of review of the records of domestic and abroad, summarizes the conclusions of new development of researching the masculine sterility and proteomics of domestic scholars and overseas, discusses the relation between the spermia function and proteomics, and supplys a new idea for researching masculine sterility and proteomics in the future.
