成熟期及进展期白内障小切口非超乳手术临床观察

Clinical of perfluorhexyloctane on small incision lens extra capsular extraction about mature cataract and progressing cataract

目的:探讨白内障小切口非超乳手术与白内障超乳手术在不同病例的优劣。方法:小切口非超乳手术24例24眼,成熟期5级核(包括3例过熟期)白内障15眼、进展期白内障9眼。选择同期同等条件超乳手术24例24眼作对比,采用6-7mm切口,连续环形撕囊或截囊,圈套器套出晶体核或手法将晶体核块分块取出,术后局部使用抗生素及皮质激素。结果:术后一周视力无显著差异;成熟期白内障病人超乳术后角膜水肿混浊比较小切口非超乳明显,恢复期时间长,与术中使用较多的超声能量以及超声时间长有关;进展期白内障超乳手术病人各项指标优于小切口非超乳病人。结论:小切口非超声乳化手术适合过熟期白内障及部分成熟期白内障病人以及白内障超声乳化术中的特殊情况。

Objective：To discuss the advantage and disadvantage in different ease. Methods： Small size incision lens extra capsular extraction 24case（24eyes） ： mature cataract 15eyes and 9 eyes, and24 eyes For PHACO in the same states.6- 7mm incision. CCC or capsuiotomy lens extraction with lens loop or lens delivery. After surgery with anti - infective and coedcoeteroid.Results：The visual sight is not marked different, but corneal hy - drops is more obvious on PHACO eases. It is relatred with morn PHACO energy and time （mature cataract）. Conclusion ： Small size incision extra capsular extraction is more suitable for mature cataract and PHACO for progressing eases.
