铁电微晶玻璃的研究现状与展望

摘要 铁电微晶玻璃以其优异的性能已得到了迅速发展,具有广阔的应用前景,并取得了丰富的研究成果。探讨了铁电微晶玻璃的介电性能及其影响因素,综述了钙钛矿型、铌酸锂型、钨青铜型等3类铁电微晶玻璃的研究现状。最后展望了铁电微晶玻璃的发展趋势。 Ferroelectric glass-ceramics has been developing rapidly due to its excellent performance. In this paper perovskite-,lithium niobate- and tungsten bronze-type ferroelectric glass-ceramics are reviewed, at the same time, dielectric properties and its influencing factors are discussed,and its development trends are analysed.
