Fimtly the text elaborates the overview of Australian mineral management system from the following two aspects： exploration management and development management, then analyzes the nature and classification of the mining right of Australian, summarizes its mining legislation briefly, recommends environmental protection system in the mining industry activity and circulation system of mining right and expenses and taxation of mining industry of Australia.
