摘要
旋转模塑是一种成型中空塑料制品的工艺方法,相对于挤出成型和注塑等工艺而言,具有模具成本低、产品无接缝和内应力、节约材料等优点。主要介绍了旋转模塑用于纤维增强塑料及其它复合材料制品的制备的研究和发展,结合产业化应用中存在的问题,分析和评述了改进措施和发展趋势,并指出了国内外的研发应用现状和差距。
Rotational molding is a processing method for manufacturing hollow plastics. Compared with other molding methods, such as extrusion or injection molding, it offers many advantages-inexpensive moulds, no weld lines, stress-free products, no material wastage, etc. This paper mainly introduces research and development of appling rotational molding to fiber reinforced plastics and preparation of other composite product, introduces the improving measures and development trend, points out domestic and international study, development and application current situation.
