摘要
以1Cr17不锈钢作基材,研制可直接丝网印刷、烧成于不锈钢基材表面的介质浆料,制备出绝缘不锈钢基片。研究了绝缘不锈钢基片的电性能、工艺性能以及机械热冲击性能。
Using 1Cr17 stainless steel as the basal material, the dielectric paste is developed to print and sinter on the stainless steel substrate directly. The insulating stainless steel substrate is prepared. The performance of the substrate is studicd, such as electric performance, process and resisting mechanical and thermal shock competence.
