摘要
采用两次离心挂浆工艺制备出氮化硅网眼多孔陶瓷。与辊压法相比,用两次离心挂浆工艺制备的网眼多孔陶瓷的结构均匀性得到显著提高,抗弯强度提高了1倍左右:其相组成为β-Si3N4和O’Sialon,晶粒发育较完善。
Reticulated porous silicon nitride ceramics (SN-RPCs) is prepared by a two-step centrifuging process. Compared with the roll-press process, the structure is more uniform and the bending strength is improved greatly. The phases of the SN-RPCs are β-Si3 N4 and O'-Sialon,and the microstructure evolves well.
