摘要
综述了影响镁合金板成形性能的主要因素、先进成形工艺及有限元技术在镁合金板成形中的应用现状,指出开展变形镁合金板成形性能的实验研究,建立其数学模型,并结合塑性有限元技术开展对镁合金板成形工艺的数值模拟分析及优化,有利于变形镁合金的推广应用。
The main influences on the formability of wrought sheet magnesium alloys, advanced forming processes and the application of the finite element analysis method in sheet forming of wrought magnesium alloys are summarized in this paper. It is emphasized that developing mathematical models by experimentally investigating of sheet formability and analyzing sheet forming process by using finite element method are necessary for the application of wrought magnesium alloys.
