有限单元法在板材弯卷机上的应用及其合理结构的分析

THE USE OF FINITE ELEMENT METHOD ON STRIP BENDING MACHINE AND THE ANALYSTS OF IT'S REASONABLE CONSTRUCTION

本文主要阐述有限单元法在板材弯卷机上的应用,使其较准确地计算板材弯卷机的应力与变形,能充分利用其结构上的材料,且其弯卷机工作状况最佳。对板材弯卷机结构上的分析,要找出合理的结构,生产出高质量的成型产品。本文对12×3000毫米的三轴辊式弯卷机的结构、结构参数、力能参数和机架的有限单元法的分析与计算。

This paper primely expounds the use of fiuite element method to aceuratly calculate the stress and defcrmation on strip bending machine, and the materials on construction are made fall use of while the working condition of the machine is lest. It is necessary for the analysis on strip bending macline to find the reasonable construction and to make high quality forming prodution. This paper discuses the constraction, construction paraneeters, force—energy parameters of 12×3000mm nell bending machine of three axes,and the analysis,calculation of finite element methld on the frame.
