低MgO渣性能的研究

A STUDY ON PROPERTIES OF LOW MgO SLAG

摘要 试验研究了低MgO(2—12%)对炉渣冶金性能的影响,并绘出其等粘度、等熔化温度和等Ls曲线图。指出小高炉冶炼时,若能配加少量MgO(8%左右),可使二元碱度由1.35~1.4降到1.0~1.2,并且能增加炉渣脱硫能力和炉渣排碱能力。 The Influence of Low Mgo Conents(2—12%) on Properties of Metallurg Ical slag has Been Experimently Stugied in Which the Result has Been Drawn Into Diagrams Such as Isuvieosity of sulfurc (Ls) Line. If may Reduce the slag Basicity of two Elements (Cao and siO_2) from 1.35~1.4 to 1.0~1.2 and nay lacrease the Ability of slag for Dusulfurization and dealkallzation if mainfaining the Mao Conteuts in slag About 8 percent at the Small Blast FuRnace Practice
