摘要
为探讨反比通气在临床应用的可能性,应用犬呼吸窘迫综合征模型,将反比通气(IRV)与常规容量控制通气(VC)加呼气末正压通气(PEEP)比较,动态观察氧代谢的变化。结果:IRV组氧转运的下降延迟,伤后6小时时相点氧转运和氧消耗均显著高于常规通气组。提示:IRV对氧代谢的改善优于常规通气。
The respiratory distress syndrome models were made with oleic acid in fourteen dogs.The experimental animals were divided into two groups:inverse ratio ventilation and conventional.Changes of oxygen metabolism were observed during different ventilation.The results showed that decrease of oxygen delivery in conventional ventilation group was earlier than that in inverse ratio vetilation,the oxygen delivery and consumption in conventional ventilation group were significantly lower than in inverse ratio ventilation at 6th hour.These findings suggest that inverse ratio ventilation may be superior to conventional ventilation in improving oxygen metabolism.
