摘要
对于我国基础教育发展的失衡现象,社会上存在着一些不同的看法和认识,甚至对同一问题会做出截然不同的回答,其根本原因在于人们对基础教育发展失衡的涵义有不同的理解,对基础教育发展失衡的标准有不同的把握,对基础教育发展失衡有不同的心理承受能力。因此,为了使我国基础教育能够健康、协调发展,首先必须澄清人们对基础教育发展失衡的错误观念,消除人们对基础教育发展失衡的不正确认识。
On the imbalance of the elementary education in China, there are many different, sometimes, even contradictory views. The reason for this is different opinions about this imbalance, different standards for this imbalance and different mental sustaining abilities for this imbalance. Therefore, in order to secure a healthy and balanced development of the elementary education in China, a sound comprehension of the imbalance of the elementary education in china must be established, and the biased opinions must be corrected.
