胸部刀刺伤合并膈肌破裂的救治

Particularity of the emergency treatment of the chest knife stab wound with diaphragm rupture

介绍２５例胸部刀刺伤合并膈肌破裂。本组胸部刀刺伤多发生在胸部左侧，全组８５％的患者有合并伤。给予急诊处理和手术治疗，除２例死亡外，其余２３例治愈。作者就胸部刀刺伤合并膈肌破裂的特点、临床诊断、急救治疗等问题进行了讨论。并认为：胸部伤多发生在左侧与左侧胸腔内有重要器官心脏，在格斗时易成为攻击目标以及大多人右手持械有关。在野战条件下，对胸部穿透伤伴有腹部症状的伤员。

25 cases of chest knife stab wound with diaphragm rupture were reviewed.Chest stab wound occurs mostly in the left chest cavity.This may be related to the fact that the left chest cavity contains the vital organheart which is liable to be the target of attack and the fact that people are usually righthanded in fighting with knifes or daggers In the condition of field operations,the patients with chest penetrating injury accompanied by abdominal symptoms should he treated as chest injury with diaphragm rupture.In this group,85% of the patients had other injuries.After emergency and surgical treatments,23 patients were cured,and the other two died.In this artical,the clinical feature,diagnosis and therapy of chest knife stab wound with diaphragm rupture were discussed.
