摘要
研究了预冷变形对Al-Li-Cu-Mg-Zr合金显微组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明,适当的预冷变形量对改善合金塑韧性有较明显的作用.S′相沿预冷变形所产生的位错亚结构的分散沉淀、平衡相析出量的减少和δ′相无沉淀析出带窄化从而使应力集中与变形不均匀程度降低,是合金强塑性改善的主要原因.
The effect of cold pre-deformation on Al-Li-Cu-Mg-Zr alloy's microstructure and mechanical property has been studied. The results show that suitable cold pre-deformation can improve the alloy's plasticity and toughness obviously.The main reason is the dispersed depositing of S' phase along dislocations sub-structure formed by cold pre-deformation,the decreasing of the extracted quantity of balance phase,and the reduction of stress concentrating and ununiformity of deformation brought by the narrowing of δ'phase.
