摘要
建立教学质量监控体系是当前高校教学改革与管理的一个重要方面。本文阐述了建立高校教学质量监控体系的意义及其对高校教学管理的作用,分析了教学质量标准的内涵和高校教学质量监控体系建设的原则,探讨了教学质量监控体系的组成要素、教学质量监控的模式与方法。认为教学质量监控体系应包括监控的对象———客体、监控的实施者和组织者———主体、评价方法与指标、调整机制等要素,应通过监控、评价、调整、再监控、再评价的循环方式对教学质量进行渐进式的监控,以促进教学质量的不断提高。
The control of teaching quality is an important aspect of the reformation and management in colleges and universities. This paper illustrates the significance of the quality control of teaching in higher education institutes and its role to the management of teaching, analyses the connotation of qualifications of good teaching and the guidelines for establishing the control system, and discusses the constituents, the mode, and the methods of the control system. It proposes that such a system should be composed with the control objects, the organizer and the executor, the evaluation and criteria, as well as the regulating mechanism, to achieve a gradual control through the cycle of control, evaluation, regulation, re-control, and re-evaluation, for the ultimate goal of continual improvement of teaching.
