摘要
从虚拟现实引入虚拟地理环境概念,介绍了虚拟地理环境具有的特征和虚拟地理环境在高校地理学中应用的关键技术.论述了当前虚拟地理环境在高校地理学中的主要应用以及对地理教学与研究的影响.
This paper explains the concept of virtual geographical environment, and introduces its characteristic and the .key technology in the application of virtual geographical environment technology on the practice of geographical researching and teaching in university. The main application of present geographical environment applied to geography in university and the impact on geography are discussed.
