摘要
综述了神经减压病的临床表现、诊断与治疗方法，讨论了Ⅰ型与Ⅱ型减压病的划分标准及对曾患过Ⅱ型减压病的飞行人员永久停飞处理的问题。
The clinical manifestations, methods of diagnosis and treatment of neurological de-compression sickness were surnmarized, and the criteria for differentiation of type Ⅰ and type Ⅱdecom-pression sickness as well as the necessity of permanent grounding of aircrew ever suffered from type Ⅱdecompression sickness were discussed.
