摘要
本研究首次用单克隆抗体证实了日本血吸虫病兔尿液中存在日本血吸虫肠相关趋阴极抗原。用McAb-RIHA和McAb-Dot-ELISA平行对比检测浓缩5倍的重感染家兔尿样61份和正常家兔尿样30份。两法的阳性率分别为81.97%和78.69%;假阳性率分别为13.33%和0%。认为可进一步用于检测日本血吸虫病患者尿排泄抗原的研究。
The existence of the gun-associated cathodic antigen of S. japonicum in urine of rabbits infected with S. japonicum was first confirmed by monoclonal antibody in our laboratory. Both McAb-RIHA and McAb-Dot-ELISA were employed for detecting 61 samples ofurine of rabbits infected with S. japonicum and 30 samples of urine of healthy rabbits. Thepositive rate was 81. 97% with McAb-RIHA and 78. 69% with McAb-Dot-ELISA. Thefalse positive rate was 13. 33% with the former and 0% with the latter. This procedure resulted in a 5-fold concentration of the original samples.
