Evaluation on the Relative Transfer Efficiency of Urban Peripheral Park and Ride Facilities

通过对城市外围停车换乘设施运行特点的分析,建立输入输出指标体系,利用DEA方法的 C2R模型建立了停车换乘设施换乘效率相对有效的评价模型,并对利用模型对停车换乘设施换乘效率进行相对评价和停车换乘设施换乘效率的影响因素诊断及提高换乘效率的方向和措施进行了阐述。

Through analyzing the operation characteristics of urban peripheral park and ride facilities, the input-output system was brought forth, and the relative efficiency model of C2R model was put forward. Based on the model, how to evaluate the relative efficiency of the facilities, how the input-output factors influence the efficiency and how to improve the park and ride facilities＇ efficiency was discussed.
