本文通过参考多方面的文献,对模糊推理做了进一步的探讨,改进后的模糊推理规则具有更高的智能度,适合于复杂的大系统决策分析问题,接着仔细分析高速公路目标函数,对影响高速公路性能指标决策因素做了仔细分析、论述,在总结前人的研究成果交通管理部门的实际经验基础上,应用改进的模糊推理决策高速公路性能指标。最后用模糊神经网络实现高速公路性能指标决策。

This text based on many references, study further on fuzzy inference, The fuzzy inference through modified is more intelligentize, It is fit for complex system decision analysis, secondly, by analysising the object function of the speedway carefully, the factors which affect the deciding factors of the speedway performance index is analysised and discussed, based on the research result of the prehuman and the practical experience of the traffic control section, the modified fuzzy inference on the speedway performance index is applied, at last, Fuzzy Neural Network is applied on the speedway performance index and make the decision come true.
