摘要
本文探讨了电子政府体系结构的概念和作用,提出了一个新的电子政府体系结构框架,由战略、业务流程、服务、信息、技术、工程、安全和管制等子架构构成。该框架充分体现了Web服务,BPM等突破性技术的应用。对其中的战略架构、业务流程、业务服务架构和技术架构的组成做了进一步分析。
The concept and roles of e - government architecture are described. An e - government architecture framework based on web service and BPM is put forward, which is composed of strategy, business process, business service, information, engineering, security, governance and technical architectures. Then, the paper analyzes strategy, business process, service and technical architectures in detail.
