后发企业的知识整合能力提升研究

Study of Improving the Knowledge Integration Capacity of Later Comers

在信息网络化、竞争全球化以及知识更新高速化的压力下,后发企业要想迅速赶上并超过领先企业必须依赖于知识整合能力。我们首先综述了前人关于知识整合的理解,界定了知识整合能力的内容。然后将知识整合能力分解为知识的吸收能力、共享能力、系统化能力和发展能力等四个子能力进行研究,分析了影响这些能力的因素,并根据后发企业的特点提出了相应的解决策略。接着分析了这四个子能力的协同和联动机理,指出它们是相互依赖并密切相关的。最后提出了未来研究的相关方向。

Under the pressure of information overflowing, competition globalization and knowledge fleetly updating, it＇ s better for later comer to use its knowledge integration capacity to catch up those first movers. The paper firstly reviews literatures on knowledge integration and discuss its significance. Then we explore knowledge integration from four aspects： absorptive capacity, sharing capacity, systematization capacity and devdopment capacity and analyze key affecting factors to them. After tabling some proposals we analyze their interdependent mechanism. In the end of the paper we discuss some future research directions.
