基于为临床心理护理实践拓展理论依据、探讨有效对策之目的,应用佩普洛人际关系理论的核心内容,参照国内外研究现状,提出紧扣佩普洛“4个阶段、6个角色”的理论要点,构筑心理护理的临床路径:充分沟通,护患相长;把握契机,灵活应对;正视角色,合理演绎。

In order to expand theoretical basis for clinical psychological nursing practice and probe into an effective countermeasure, applied the core content of Peplau＇ s interpersonal theory and conferred the research status quo both in abroad and at home, it put forward the following clinical path of tagging the essentials of “4 phases and 6 roles” of Peplau＇ s interpersonal theory to carry out psychological nursing care, which including adequately communication and bringing out the best in both nurse and patient; grasp the chance and coping flexibly; envisaging the role and reasonable deduction.
