介绍了老年急性冠脉综合征临床特征、治疗。从迅速评估、快速处理和有效干预高危险度的急性冠脉综合征,重视不典型症状的观察,预防并发症的发生,观察药效及副反应,溶栓的护理,心脏介入术的护理方面阐述了急性冠脉综合征的护理研究进展。
It introduced the clinical characteristics and therapy of senile acute coronary syndrome. It expatiated the research progress on nursing care of senile acute coronary syndrome patients from aspects of quickly evaluation, right away handling, and effective intervention on high risk acute coronary syndrome patients, paying attention to observe atypical symptoms of them, complication prevention, observation on drug efficacy and adverse reaction, nursing care of thrombolysis therapy and coronary artery intervention therapy.
