摘要
对我院护理人员从业满意度、职业生涯潜在威胁的分析,认为护理管理者在重视护理学科发展的同时,换个角度审视并理性思考护理人员中存在的不可回避的“职业枯竭”问题,以利从容应对,有效规避。提出保持“资源守恒”,个人用正确的方法应对压力,护理管理者全方位介入是解决护理人员“职业枯竭”问题的关键。
It analyzed both the employment satisfaction degree and potential threat of occupation career of nursing staff in our hospital. It suggested that nursing administrators should seriously scan and reasonably think the inevitable “Job burnout” existed in nursing staffs from the other viewpoints, as they pay attention to the development of nursing science. Doing so, one can cope leisurely and avoid it effectually. It put forward that the key points to solve “Job burnout” of nursing staff is to keep “resources conservation”, individuals correctly cope to stress and nursing administrators intervened by all means.
