老年原发性高血压并发冠心病患者血压昼夜节律及心率变异性的变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察老年原发性高血压并发冠心病患者动态血压昼夜节律及心率变异性的变化。方法:按有无冠心病将老年原发性高血压患者分为两组,A组为原发性高血压并发冠心病组,B组为原发性高血压组,进行24 h无创动态血压及动态心电图监测。结果:老年原发性高血压并发冠心病患者夜间收缩压明显升高(P<0.01),其血压昼夜差值、节律变化、以及夜间血压及心率下降幅度较单纯原发性高血压患者明显减小,心率变异性明显降低。结论:原发性高血压患者并发冠心病时患者血压的昼夜变化减小,提示自主神经的调节功能受损。 AIM: To observe the variability of circadian rhythm of blood pressure and heart rate in aged patients with essential hypertension (EH) complicated with coronary heart disease (CHD). METHODS: The aged EH patients complicated with CHD were enrolled in group A and those without CHD were in group B. 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram and blood pressure monitoring were performed on all patients. RESULTS : In group A, the systolic blood pressure at night increased significantly ( P 〈 0.01), and variability of blood pressure and heart rate were more obvious compared with group B. CONCLUSION: The impairment of regulatory activity of circadian blood pressure and autonomic nerve is more severer in EH patients with CHD than in those without CHD.
