医院感染经济学损失的病例对照研究

The Economic Loss due to Hospital Infection:A Case-control study

目的:调查医院感染所造成的直接经济学损失。方法:采用病例对照的方法研究医院感染所造成的直接经济损失和住院时间的延长。结果:平均医院感染造成的损失为4032元;平均住院天数延长9.37天,不同部位感染中以泌尿系最高,平均每例多支出9517元。结论:只有加强医院感染管理,减少发病率,才能减轻病人的经济负担,从而为病人提供优质、高效的医疗服务。

Objective： To investigate and analyze the direction economic loss caused by hospital infection. Methods： Evaluate the direction economic loss due to hospital infection by case-control Study. Results： the average direction economic loss of hospital infection was 4 032 yuan,The average time prolonged of hospital infection the highest among all parts of the body,it was 7 650 yuan per case. Conclusion： Improve the qualities of the hospital infection management,reduce infection rate,decrease the economic burden of the patients,and the patients can be acquired the quality and effective medical services.
