RNA干扰的研究进展
摘要
随着人类基因组计划中基因测序的完成,生物学的焦点已经转移到研究基因的功能和它们的调解上,为了确定基因的功能,迫切需要建立有效、经济的分析基因功能的技术.近年来对基因阻断技术的研究有很大进展,并显示了良好前景.基因阻断主要在DNA和mRNA两个水平,后者主要包括反义技术、肽核苷酸及RNA干扰(RNA interference,RNAi).RMAi是一项新兴的生物工程技术,即与靶基因序列同源的双链RNA(double-stranded RNA,dsRNA)引发的广泛存在于生物体中的序列特异性基因转录后的沉默过程.
