摘要
目的:探讨急性肾梗塞的诊断和治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析我院对3例急性肾梗塞患者的诊断和治疗情况。结合病史,应用多普勒超声和双肾CT进行检查,并应用数字减影血管造影(DSA)及尿激酶进行治疗。结果:3例均获得诊断,治疗效果满意。结论:对急性肾梗塞患者可行B超、CT检查,并行溶栓治疗。对有心脏血栓的患者应先行心脏手术,然后再做溶栓治疗。
Objective：To find the diagnosis and therapy of renal infarct, Methods：Retrospective analysis of 3 cases of diagnosis and therapy of renal infarct. Results：3 cases were diagnosed by Dopeler B-Scan and bilateral renal CT, treated by DSA and Urokinase. Conclusions：Thrombolytic therapy is a good method to treat renal infarct.
