摘要
目的研究茶多酚(TP)对大鼠高血脂的降脂作用、量效关系、以及对不同血脂成分的影响。方法高血脂大鼠动物分别按大、中、小3个剂量饲服茶多酚,并设阳性对照组(烟酸)、阴性对照组(动物模型)、正常动物组。比较用药前后甘油三酯(TG);总胆固醇(TC);低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLc);高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLc);TC/HDLc 比值。结果 TP 具有降低血清 TC,TG 和 LDLc 作用,HDLc 的降低与总血脂水平有关,TC/HDLc 比值无明显变化。高血脂大鼠口服 TP 135 mg/kg,降血脂作用比烟酸30 mg/kg 强,TP 45 mg/kg 与之相仿,TP 15mg/kg 比烟酸弱。TP 对 TG 降低作用较其他血脂成分强。
Aim To study the antihyperlipidemia effect of the tea polyphenols(TP),and its dose-effect relationship.Methods Experiment hyperlipidemic rats(n=50)were derided into 5 groups:TP_H group (TP,135mg/kg),TP_M group(TP,45mg/kg),TP_L (TP,15mg/kg),the nicotinic acid treatment group (30mg/kg)and control.All rats,except the con- trols was fed on hyperlipidemic food.The experiment lasted for 15d.Results TP decreased the levels of triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-densi- ty lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL_c)and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL_c)in serum,and with lit- tle effect on TC/HDL_c.The effect of nicotinic acid (30mg/kg)on lipidemia was less than that by TP_H group,but almost as effective as that by the TP_M group.The decreased effect of tea polyphenols was more prominent in TG than in TC.
