摘要
目的研究高血压患者尿蛋白排泄的情况及卡托普利对其改善作用。方法测定43例正常人和91例高血压病人24 h尿 N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)、β_2-微球蛋白(β_2-MB)、白蛋白(ALB)。结果患者上述指标均高于正常人,且与高血压程度有关,卡托普利治疗后患者血压降至正常,尿 NAG、β_2-MB、ALB 均有不同程度下降。
Aim Research the changes of protein- uria in hypertension and the the effect of captropril therapy.Methods Measured the urinary excretion of N-acetyl-beta-glucosaminidase(NAG),β_2-mi- croglobin(β_2-MB),albumin(ALB)in 91 hypertensive patients and 43 normal persons,monitoring their changes during captopril therapy.Results(1) Urine proteins excretion were higher in hypertensive patients than that in normal persons.The degrees of hypertention influence the level of urine concentration of NAG,β_2-MB and ALB.(2)Captopril(25~62.5 mg)were used in hypertensive patients for 4 weeks, urine concentration of NAG,β_2-MB,ALB reduced remarkably,especialy in patients with short history duration and in mild cases.
