摘要 基于数字协联的水轮机PCC步进式双调整调速器采用贝加莱PCC2003系列中性能最好的处理器CP476,双线性插值完成系统的数字协联,人机接口采用工业级触摸屏,在调速器内部,集成了常规的实验系统,支持各种现场总线.在青铜峡水电厂现场运行表明所设计的调速器具有测频精度高、调节速度快、集程度与可靠性高,完全满足电厂的运行要求. CP476 based stepping motor driven dual controlled governor with digital cam relationship for hydraulic turbine was presented. The advanced touched screen was applied and the embedded test system was built. Cam data were obtained by double linear algorithms; the field bus was well supported. It was shown by the test results of Qingtong Gorge hydropower plant that the governor has the advantage of high measuring frequency precision, fast speed adjustment, high integration and reliability, which may meet the operation requirement.
