摘要
通过对某沥青摊铺机各主要声源的近场声和驾驶员耳旁噪声进行测试分析,识别出对驾驶员耳旁噪声贡献较大的噪声源。针对这些噪声源的特性采取探索性的降噪措施,使摊铺机噪声明显降低,并在此基础上提出了该摊铺机的改进建议。
By means of measurement and analysis of noise near certain asphalt paver driver's ear and near-field noise of main noise sources, the noise source which contributions to noise near driver's ear was identified.According to the characteristics of the noise source, some measurements to reduce noise are taken. As a result, paver noise is decreased obviously. And on the basis of these measurement, some design change proposals are put forward to improve paver for reducing the noise.
