Developing and research of deck erection gantry equipment specialized in upper structure construction of Runyang suspension bridge

跨缆吊机是悬索桥钢箱梁桥面单元提升安装的专用设备,主要有卷扬机提升式和液压提升式两种形式。通过对工作条件和性能指标的分析,结合润扬大桥悬索桥钢箱梁吊装的实际情况和对国外同类设备现状的分析研究,探讨了如何设计研制适用范围广泛的全液压、模块式、集中控制的跨缆吊机。

Deck erection gantry is specialized equipment for erection of suspension bridge deck segments, which has two forms of winch type and hydraulic lifting type. By analysing service conditions and performance index of the gantry and investigating the same kind of deck erection gantries at home and abroad, taking account of actual condition of steel box girder erection in Runyang Bridge suspension, new-type full hydraulic, modular, central-controlled gantry with wide range of application was developed.
