摘要 以4-(反式-4′-正烷基环己基)环己酮和氯甲醚三苯基磷盐为起始原料,经W ittig反应、水解、转型、W ittig反应和氢化反应合成了1-(3,4-二-氟苯基)-2-[反式-4-′(反式-4″-正烷基环己基)环己基]乙烷类液晶,其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR及MS确证。纯化总收率约30%。 1 - ( 3,4-difluorophenyl ) -2- [ warts-4 '- ( trans -4"-n-alkyl cyclohexyl ) cyclohexyl ] ethane type liquid crystal compounds were synthesized from 4- ( trans-4'-n-alkyl cyclohexyl) cyclohexnone and methoxymethyltriphenyl phosphonium chloride by Wittig reaction, hydrolization, isomerization, Wittig reaction and hydrogenation. The structures were characterized by ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR and MS. The overall yield was about 30% after purification.
