介绍了一种全桥式功率驱动器的电路设计.该电路采用厚膜工艺技术制造,具有工作电压范围宽(12~48 V)、输出电流大(3 A)、速度快、功耗低等特点,简化了外围设计.该电路主要用于驱动直流电机、步进电机、继电器等感性负载.
A full bridge power driver is developed, which is an application specific integrated circuit (ASIC). Fabricated with thick film process technology, the device has the advantages of wide operation range(10-48 V), high output current (3 A), high speed and low power. The use of the device also simplifies the external design of the system. The circuit is most suitable for driving inductive loads, such as DC motors, stepping motors, and relays.
