摘要
1,2,4-三唑与甲醛在Ba(OH)2·8H2O作用下进行亲核加成得到3-羟甲基-1H-1,2,4-三唑,再经氧化和酯化制得1H-1,2,4-三唑-3-甲酸甲酯,总收率32%,纯度98%。
Methyl 1H-1,2,4-triazole-3-carboxylate was synthesized from 1H-1,2,4-triazole by hydroxymethylation with formaldehyde in presence of Ba（OH） 2·8H2O to give 3-hydroxymethyl-lH-1,2,4-triazole followed by oxidation and esterification with an overall yield of 32% and purity of 98 %.
