奥沙普秦凝胶剂的HPLC测定

Determination of Oxaprozin Gel by HPLC

建立了HPLC法测定奥沙普秦凝胶剂的含量。采用C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水(80∶20),检测波长285nm。奥沙普秦在1～6μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.3%,RSD为1.92%。

A HPLC method for determination of oxaprozin gel was established. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-water （80;20） at the detection wavelength of 285nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 1 - 6μg/ml. The average recovery was 100.3 %, with RSD of 1.92 %.
