摘要 目的探讨自然人群中饮茶因素与血压的关系。方法1994年4月对江苏句容县茅山产茶区532名30岁以上的男性农民进行了专题调查。结果饮茶者的平均血压值显著高于不饮茶者,且饮茶量与收缩压和舒张压的相关系数具有统计学显著性。逐步回归分析结果,在控制了年龄、体重指数以后,饮茶量分别进入了收缩压和舒张压的逐步回归方程。结论饮茶因素是一个不容忽视的血压的影响因素。 Aim Analyse the relationship between drinking tea and blood pressure.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted in the natural population of 532 local male peasants who aged 30 or more in April,1994 in a tea-area of Jiangsu province. Results The mean blood pressure of the people with the habit of drinking tea was significantly higher than that of the subjects without drinking.The corre- lation coefficients between the amount of drinking tea and SBP or DBP were apparently significant.The stepwise regression analysis showed that the amount of drinking tea had significantly effect on SBP and DBP after controlling the factors such as age and body mass index(BMI).Conclusion Drinking tea was an influential factor in blood pressure.
