摘要
综述了口腔崩解片的制备工艺、质量评价方法,重点介绍了粉末直接压片法,及一些适于直接压片的新材料和口腔崩解片崩解时间测定的新方法。
Preparation process and evaluation methods of orally disintegrating tablets are reviewed. Emphasis was put on the direct-compression method, new excipients and novel evaluation methods of disintegration time.
