Analysis of Unemployment Composition from Sociology Point and Significance

失业构成既是经济学的研究对象,也是社会学研究的重要内容。经济学对失业构成解释存在着很大的模糊性,因此也难以在实践上建立起客观的失业指标体系。从社会学的角度上看,失业构成具有双重性,即可能性失业和现实性失业,两种不同类型的失业表现为不同的构成形式,据此可以构建出双重的失业指标体系。这种失业指标体系既可以反映一个国家或地区现实的失业状况,也可以反映出该地区未来潜在的失业问题,具有重要的决策参考价值。

Unemployment composition is the research subject both of economics and of sociology. But explanation of unemployment composition from economics is not so clear that it is difficult to establish objective unemployment index system in practice. In sociology, unemployment composition has double quality, i.e. possible one and real one, which shows different forms and leads to establishment of double unemployment index system. Such a system reflects both real unemployment state but the potential problem of a country or an area. Therefore, it is of great significance.
