摘要
对抗生素残留的来源途径和抗生素残留对人体的危害进行了综述,并对解决动物性食品中抗生素的残留提出了对策。
The source of antibiotic residues and its hazards to people＇s health are summarized.Some countermeasures on solving the problems of antibiotic residues in animal-derived food are put forward in this paper.
