摘要
目的建立测定马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液中有关物质的HPLC法。方法采用Waters Symmetry C18色谱柱;流动相为醋酸盐缓冲液-甲醇(6:36);检测波长295 nm。结果方法线性关系良好(r=0．999 9);检测限0．068 ng。结论此法简便、专属性强,可用于测定马来酸噻吗洛尔制剂的含量及有关物质。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining the related substances in timolol maleate eye drops. Methods Waters Symmetry C18 column was used with the mobile phase consisting of a mixture of acetate buffer and methanol（64：36）. The detection wavelength was at 295 nm. Results The detection limit was 0.068 ng （295 nm）. The linear relation of the method was satisfactory （r = 0.999 9）. Conclusion The method is selective, simple, rapid and accurate for determining the related substances in timolol maleate eye drops.
