摘要
目的建立测定马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液中有关物质的HPLC法。方法采用Waters Symmetry C18色谱柱;流动相为醋酸盐缓冲液-甲醇(6:36);检测波长295 nm。结果方法线性关系良好(r=0.999 9);检测限0.068 ng。结论此法简便、专属性强,可用于测定马来酸噻吗洛尔制剂的含量及有关物质。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining the related substances in timolol maleate eye drops. Methods Waters Symmetry C18 column was used with the mobile phase consisting of a mixture of acetate buffer and methanol(64:36). The detection wavelength was at 295 nm. Results The detection limit was 0.068 ng (295 nm). The linear relation of the method was satisfactory (r = 0.999 9). Conclusion The method is selective, simple, rapid and accurate for determining the related substances in timolol maleate eye drops.
