摘要
利用与正激变换器输出滤波电感耦合的绕组,构成了工作在反激模式的多路独立输出,采用磁放大的“时间分配”后级调整控制,结合主输出PWM反馈控制,实现主、附输出的独立控制。该变换器兼具正激变换器高效率、反激变换器低成本和磁放大后级调整的特点,具有简结构、低成本、高交叉调整率、高效率等优点,同时引申出“Buck类——反激式”一族适于各路输出功率差别较大应用场合的直流变换器。文中详细阐述了其工作原理、特性以及磁放大器优化设计,一台132W两路输出实验样机验证了试验结果。
A novel forward-flyback multiple-output DC/DC converter in view of magamp technique is proposed in this paper. Windings coupled with the output filtering inductor of the forward converter compose the independent multiple outputs which operated in "time sharing" flyback fashion. Due to the PWM feedback control and the magamp feedback control, the regulation of main output and auxiliary output can be achieved respectively. It combines the characteristics of high efficiency of forward, low cost of flyback and magamp post regulation. The converter and its family"Buck type flyback"are suitable for use in occasion of differing greatly in power among multiple output for its simple structure, low cost, tight voltage regulation, and high efficiency. The operation principles, characters of the converter and optimum design of magamp is described and verified on a 132W two output experimental prototype.
