Synthesis of 2-(3-Benzoylphenyl)propionitrile

摘要 以间甲基苯甲酸甲酯为原料,经溴化、氰化、甲基化、水解和付-克反应合成了2-(3-苯甲酰基苯基)丙腈,并考察了有关反应条件对溴化反应和甲基化反应的影响,获得了最佳的反应条件.在最佳反应条件下进行合成实验,所得产品2-(3-苯甲酰基苯基)丙腈的总收率为56.7%,熔点52~54℃,含量98.6%. Using m-methyl benzoic acid methyl ester as a raw material ,2-(3-benzoylphenyl)propionitrile was synthesized through a series of chemical reactions, involving bromination, cyanation, methylation, hydrolysis, Friedel-Crafts reaction. The effects of reaction conditions,such as reaction temperature and reaction time, ere, on bromination and methylation were investigated, and the optimal conditions were obtained finally. Under the optimal reaction conditions, the final 2-( 3- benzoylphenyl) propionitrile was obtained with total yield of 56.7% , the melting point of 2-(3-benzoylphenyl) propionitrile was in the range of 52-54℃ ,and its mass fraction was 98.6%.
