温下方含药血清诱导肠癌细胞凋亡的实验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON SERUM CONTAINING WENXIA RECIPE IN INDUCING CELL APOPYOSIS OF INTESTINAL CANCER

目的:探讨温下方含药血清对肠癌细胞的诱导凋亡作用。方法:运用血清药理学方法及MTT、FCM、LSCM技术,检测含药血清对细胞生长的抑制作用,从形态学、凋亡率等方面观察温下方含药血清诱导肠癌细胞凋亡的情况。结果:温下方含药血清作用24 h,可明显抑制肠癌细胞生长,形态学观察可见明显的凋亡细胞,FCM检测肠癌细胞凋亡率显著增高。结论:温下方含药血清对肠癌细胞有明确的诱导凋亡作用。

Objective： to study the inducing effects of serum containing wenxia recipe to cell apoptosis of intestinal cancer. Methods：use serum pharmacological method and MTT, FCM, LSCM technique,determine the restrain expression rate of drug serum,study the inducing effects of serum containing wenxia recipe to cell apoptosis of cintestinal cancer by observing morphology and apoptosis rate. Results： after 24 hours, the function of serum containing wenxia recipe distinctly contain the proliferation of tumor cells. The apoptosis cells were easily identified under morphological observation. The apoptosis rate of the intestinal cancer cells apparently increase by using FCM. Conclusion：wenxia recipe can definitely induce cell apoptosis of intestinal cancer.
