摘要
通过对实际中经常接触到的薄壁注塑件的几何特征入手,将料流简化为Hele-Shaw流,建立了一种适宜在微机上对该类注塑件进行流动模拟分析的数学模型,根据给定的注塑速率及注塑模腔的各几何尺寸参数,由熔体前缘推进速度及流线穿越区域边界时发生折射的角度关系,通过迭代就可获得薄壁件型腔的充型图,进而得到浇口与融合线的关系、排气孔位置设置等图象,从而为模具设计人员提供了直观、有效的参考工具。
Started with the geometric characteristics of common thin walled injection parts,the compound flow was simplified as a Hele-Shaw flow, and a mathematical model suitable for the application to microcomputer for the flow simulating analysis of the injection part was made,and based on the given injection velocity and the geometric dimention of the injection mold cavity and by means of alternation, a picture of the filling of the mold cavity could be obtained from the moving speed of the melt front edge and the angle relations resulted from the refraction of the flow line passed the zone boundary. The pictures of the relation of the gate to fusion line and the position for air hole could then be obtained,too, providing mold designer with visual and effective reference tools.
