摘要
介绍斜楔增力机构在注塑机中的应用。用该机构替代SZT-45注塑机中的齿轮减速器和齿轮齿条传动,可避免出现打齿现象,采用该机构的注塑机只需1个注射油缸总成,可省去移动油缸总成和具有V型导轨和平导轨注射装置底座,使结构大为简化;根据油泵额定压力和流量的计算结果,选取Y132 M2-6电机,额定功率由11kW降到5.5kW,斜楔工作面上设置了3~4段不同角度,可得到3~4种不同的注射压力和速度,取代液压系统中的压力比例阀。
The application of angular wedge power mechanism to injection molding machine is introduced in this paper. The replacement of the gear decelerator in SZT-45 injection molding machine by the mentioned mechanism could avoid the knockout of the gear; the injection molding machine equipped with the mechanism would only have to have one injection cylinder assembly, saving a shift cylinder assembly and a injection unit carriage with a V-guide and plane guide, making the machine much more simple. According to the calculation of the rated pressure and flow of the oil pump, the rated power reduced from 11kW to5. 5kW when Y132 M2-6 motor was used;there were 3~4 different angles on the angular wedge, and 3~4 different injection pressures and rates were available for use, and a pressure proportional valve in the hydraulic system was thus replaced.
